EURO SUMMER COLLECTION ~ La Plage (The Beach)
Inspired by the beauty of the Côte d'Azur ~ Deep ultramarine blues of the ocean are contrasted against hints of saffron gold in tiling, awnings & umbrellas. Slabs of roughly textured apricot buildings are painted amongst a french vanilla hued sky. The artworks have a retro vibe, influenced by the travel postcards I collected while visiting the French Riviera.
This print has been carefully and skilfully reproduced to replicate the original painted artwork. Scanned using a German built Cruse flatbed scanner (the most advanced scanning technology currently available in Australia.) The scanning quality is incredible, giving the canvas print a 3D effect and making them look just as good as the real thing.
Paper prints are Giclee printed on 100% textured cotton rag, 310gsm museum grade fine art paper. (OBA - FREE with no optical brighteners.)
Artworks are printed in Australia using the highest quality materials in small quantities to prevent waste.
