Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we're happy to offer a store credit in accordance with our returns policy below.

Please note our online and in-store returns policies differ.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and free from makeup, perfume and deodorant marks.
  • Returns must be lodged within 14 days of delivery for online orders.
  • In-store purchases must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Lulu & Daw reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

ONLINE RETURNS

Full-price items purchased online may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a store credit. Items to be sent back in same condition they were received. 

Once your return is received and approved, a store credit will be issued via email.


IN-STORE RETURNS

Full-price items purchased in store may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a store credit.

Proof of purchase is required.


SALE ITEMS

All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.


EXCLUSIONS

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on:

  • Earrings
  • Swimwear without hygiene seals intact
  • Gift cards

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@luluanddaw.com.auwith photos and a description of the fault.

Faulty items will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
