I've just placed an order, when should I receive it?
Your order will be processed and sent the same day if it was placed before 2pm Australian Central Standard time Monday to Friday. All items are Express posted and take 1-3 business days to reach metro areas and 2-5 business days to reach rural areas within Australia.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. There is a link in that email to track your order.
What is your returns policy?
If you would like to return your order, we offer you a store credit for the item(s) you are returning. If you have received a faulty item we offer you the choice of a refund or a 120% store credit. Please see our returns page for more information.
What are AfterPay and ZipPay and how do they work?
AfterPay provides simple instalment plans for online shoppers. Payment is automatically deducted from your credit card in four equal payments each fortnight and your order is shipped as normal, so there's no waiting like a layby.
ZipPay lets you make purchases now and pay later, without the need for a credit card. Once you sign up and get approved, you’ll have a line of credit up to $1,000 and a shopping account. Using your account and credit line, you can make purchases which you can pay back in regular instalments.
How does a store credit work?
When returning an item, you will receive store credit which is valid for 6 months. The store credit will be automatically applied to your account and is available for use in the checkout once you are logged in. You can check your credit at any time in your account.
