Store Credit

Where a store credit is issued by Lulu & Daw, the following conditions apply.

Validity

Lulu & Daw store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

Store credits must be used before the expiry date. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be forfeited.

Using Your Store Credit

Store credits may be used toward eligible purchases with Lulu & Daw.

If your purchase is less than the value of your store credit, the remaining balance can be used toward another purchase before the expiry date.

If your purchase exceeds the value of your store credit, the remaining amount can be paid using another accepted payment method.

Store credits:

  • Are not redeemable for cash

  • Are not transferable unless approved by Lulu & Daw

  • Cannot be exchanged for another form of payment

  • Cannot be used to purchase gift cards

  • Remain subject to the original expiry date, even where only part of the balance has been used

Returns Purchased With Store Credit

If an item purchased using store credit is later returned in accordance with our Returns Policy, any approved return value will generally be reissued as store credit rather than refunded as cash.

Where a purchase was paid using a combination of store credit and another payment method, any approved return will generally be processed back to the original payment methods where appropriate.

Lost Store Credits

Customers are responsible for keeping store credit details secure.

If you lose access to your store credit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Proof of purchase or identification may be required.

Australian Consumer Law

Our store credit policy applies to change-of-mind returns and other situations where Lulu & Daw chooses to issue store credit.

It does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If an item is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

Where Australian Consumer Law gives you the right to a refund, Lulu & Daw will not require you to accept store credit instead.
